Without the permission of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, the State Cultural Relics Bureau must not perform the cultural relic identification task or issue an appraisal certificate as a member of the National Cultural Relics Appraisal Committee.

With the obvious commercial color of the “Treasure treasure” campaign, for economic benefits, experts are hard to maintain their professionalism, objectiveness, and neutrality as well as jade. The use of the title of the National Palace Museum is indeed suspected of infringement. The Forbidden City is a cultural heritage shared by the Chinese nation. As a practitioner of the Forbidden City or other state-owned libraries, it is obvious that it cannot use such resources for personal gain. This measure is based on the basic principle of diversion, which is not only conducive to the protection of cultural relics, but also conducive to meeting the needs of private collections and appraisals. This is obviously a positive and correct measure.
